Dateline: Portland, Oregon

Posted on: August 9th, 2012 by dville

I have arrived in my old stomping grounds of Portland, Oregon.  Fresh air, big trees and lots of ukulele players!  I’ll be presenting my Finger-Picking Ukulele By Ear workshop at PUA President Marianne Brogan’s home studio on Saturday, August 11, 2012.  The 10am workshop is sold out, so I have added an 8:30am workshop also which has six slots remaining.  The workshop is 74 minutes in length.  Cost is $25 per person at the door.  I’ve developed a new approach to learning to finger-pick for all levels that also provides some great ear training.  Email me for more information or to sign up (dville (at) teleport.com).  I’ll also be available for a few private lessons in the Portland area on Friday, August 10.
