Once you have the three chords and melody down to a simple song like Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, adding in a couple of pretty minor chords can really sweeten the arrangement. Here is Twinkle played in the Key of F, with an added A minor, Bb played in the 2nd position, an added G minor 7th and C7. If you listen closely you might hear part of the beginning to What A Wonderful World.
