I’ve just returned (minus my voice) from the first West Coast Ukulele Retreat held on the Monterey peninsula in California. Billed as 86 hours of ukulele heaven, it surely was! Thanks to all my students and fellow instructors. I had a blast and so did everyone else! Hope we can do it again next year.

This retreat WAS HEAVEN! And Jim's Play By Ear classes have already lifted me to a new level of confidence in my playing. His teaching style of music theory wrapped in humor makes the information much more palatable. I hope he'll bring this workshop down south.
